BriPower Successfully Delivers 3 ZGX Series AC/DC Source and Load Integrated Machines to a Renowned Domestic Research Institute for Aviation TestingIssuing time:2025-03-18 11:27 In June 2024, BriPowersuccessfully delivered three ZGX series integrated AC/DC source and sink unitsto a well-known domestic research institute. The delivered equipment willprimarily be used for testing in the aviation sector, fully meeting thecustomer's requirements for high-precision and highly reliable power supplyequipment. The China national aviation industry standard HB20326.7-2016, "Test Methods for Power Supply Adaptability of AircraftElectrical Equipment, Part 7: DC 270V," details the verification testmethods for the adaptability of DC 270 V electrical equipment for aircraft. Itis applicable to the power adaptability tests of DC 270V electrical equipmentin aircraft systems that comply with the GJB 181B-212 regulation. The"HDC201 power supply conversion interruption" in the standard setshigh requirements for the dynamics of the DC simulation power source, where theinput DC voltage of the device under test must fall from a steady-state valueto 0V and rise from 0V to a steady-state value in a time ≤ 250us. Similar requirements are also seen in MIL-STD-704and related other standards. BriPower's ZGX and KGS AC/DC power sources, based onSiC power devices, have a wide output frequency range and fast dynamicperformance. They fully meet the requirements of the relevant aviationstandards for simulation power sources. Taking the ZGX DC mode voltage dynamics as anexample, under open circuit output conditions, the DC voltage rise time from 0to 636V is less than 190us, and the fall time from 636V to 0 is less than200us. The output waveforms are shown in the figures below.
