BriPower™ Predictive Protection (Protect and help failure location within seconds)

BriPower™ products adopts dual DSP+FPGA design, with powerful calculation and control capabilities, and can display and save measured values. The products use optical fiber communication and performs multiple monitoring and protection of all main components.

The system controller monitors all the input voltages and currents, output voltages and currents, IGBT voltages and currents, temperatures, DC bus voltages, communications, even fans etc. All the data is saved and can be used for potential cause of failure analysis (like a Blackbox in an airplane). This makes the system fully under control and more reliable. In case of fatal issue internal or external caused, the product will try to act (Physically disconnect the input/output) and protect itself before any damage occurs.

With the implemented feedback codes, the fault can be located quickly. Compared with ordinary power supply, BriPower™ can greatly shorten the maintenance time. In the Software any user can open the system status window (Fig 1) and view if the unit is in full operation or if there are any hardware or Software/Firmware errors. User can send the screenshot to BriPower™ and in most instances BriPower™ engineer will be able to locate the issue and provide a solution.
