BriPower successfully delivered 1MW 10KV High Voltage Power Source
In May 2022, Bridge Technology successfully completed all the tests and delivered the 1MW/10KV high voltage DC power source to a well-known company in Xi’an, China. The 1MW power supply is used for the research of the test technology and the construction of the test system of the flexible DC transmission converter valve based on IGCT / IGBT power devices.
The DC output of the power supply is composed of 10 groups of AC/DC and DC/DC power modules. Each group of power modules outputs 1000V and 100A. After series connection, the rated output DC is 1MW, the voltage of 10 ~ 10kV is continuously adjustable, and the current of 0 ~ 100A is continuously adjustable. The output of the power supply has a high-voltage vacuum contactor and discharge resistors. The power supply can judge the signal sent by the user and stop the output of the power source. At the same time, the contactor automatically connects the discharge resistor circuit and discharges the DUT capacitance.
BriPowerTM 1MW high voltage DC power source customizes the software according to the user’s needs, supports a variety of parameter settings. With the saving and reloading function of the sequence mode, multiple work steps can be arranged and combined into a complete measurement process, which can complete the product test and provide a cost-effective solution for user tests.
